We make a wide range of straps. All kinds of different shapes and sizes, so it can be hard to know what's best for you and which ones you need for which exercise/event. So let's clear this up...
What are Lifting Straps for?
Straps and grips help you hold the bar. This will allow you to lift more weight which help you increase your strength and grow more. They allow you to focus more on your form and the actual working muscles helping you to isolate them better which will in turn lead to more growth. They also save your hands and although Powerlifters are not allowed to use straps in competition lots do in training to save wear and tear on their hands and allow them to train harder.

ELITE FIGURE 8 LIFTING STRAPS

Sizing is very important so make sure you follow our size guide.
EXTREME FIGURE 8 LIFTING STRAPS
Made from super strong nylon webbing. They are a very thin strap which allows you to get a tight, close fit to the bar and really makes it feel locked in to your hands with no movement. These are perfect for max rep or max weight Deadlift and remove grip fatigue from the equation so your hands will not fail you. These straps are for more experienced lifters who are used to using our Figure 8 or Nylon Lifting Straps (Elite).
OLYMPIC LIFTING STRAPS
Ultra strong nylon webbing sewn into a single closed loop with a shorter length. These are favoured by Olympic weightlifters as they are quick-releasing and are the safest/best option for movements like the snatch which require a fast release when the bar is overhead and balance is lost. Perfect for clean and jerk, snatch or any variation of these movements.
This is a great all round product perfect for all gym users, it provides grip enhancement, protects your hands, supports your wrists AND can be used on almost any exercise. It allows you to concentrate on the larger muscle groups while not thinking or worrying about your grip. Our ingenious ergonomic design means they can be used for all pushing (as in the bench press) and pulling (as in the deadlift) movements in strength training.
